Course Description
Homeownership is an exciting and also stressful time for anyone pursing the American Dream. Research continues to show that individuals who participate in pre-purchase counseling stay in their homes longer than individuals who do not. The purpose of this course is to assist homebuyers in preparing for homeownership and reducing the chances of delinquency, default and foreclosure on the mortgage loan.
